DO YOU REQUIRE A DEPOSIT TO SECURE MY BOOKING?
Yes, we require a non-refundable deposit of 20% to secure your date. The remaining balance is due before your Wedding Day.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I NEED TO CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE?
If You Need To Cancel, Please Notify Us As Soon As Possible. Our Deposit Is Non-Refundable, But We Can Discuss Options For Rescheduling Based On Availability.
WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT METHODS?
We accept all payment methods (Credit Card, Check, Cash, etc.)
WHAT IS YOUR TURNAROUND TIME?
Since we take on a limited number of weddings annually, we have a faster turnaround time than most videographers & photographers! Our turnaround for weddings is ~3 months. We try to get them back to you as soon as possible.
HOW ARE MY PHOTOS/VIDEOS DELIVERED TO ME?
Photos and short videos shared securely by online Gallery .Instant access for viewing and sharing.
Long-form videos are delivered via USB drive.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 6-12 months in advance to ensure availability, especially during peak wedding season.
Do you offer customized packages?
Yes! We understand that every wedding is unique. We offer customizable packages to fit your needs and budget.
Will you provide raw data?
We focus on delivering a beautifully edited product. As such, we do not provide raw data. Our editing process ensures that every moment is curated to tell your unique love story.
WHAT EQUIPMENT DOES YOUR TEAM USE?
Our team uses the top of the line, industry standard cameras, lens, and accessories.
We primarily use SONY cameras and lens.
